Only unused, intact, undamaged, and complete items with all components and hardware as originally provided to customers, will be authorized for return (subject to inspection and acceptance). Returns will not be accepted from customers without prior return authorization provided by SpindleHub. Authorized and accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and the customer will have to pay for return shipping. No returns allowed after fifteen (30) days from original ship date from SpindleHub. All custom manufactured items or special orders are non-refundable. SpindleHub does not refund shipping charges for returned items. Orders which qualified for our free shipping promotion will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges.
